Lucky is the alpha dog at Shelter 17. He is a mostly calm, laid-back dog who is
usually kind to other dogs, especially puppies. Although he is kind, he is also firm in his orders, which the team typically obeys without question. He has the final say in all matters at Shelter 17. Lucky is voiced by Eric McCormack.
